PURPOSE: An elevator control device is provided to reduce the operational noise of an elevator without a safety software. CONSTITUTION: An elevator control device comprises one or more signal blocking devices for blocking the transmission of control signals for first and second power electronics. The signal blocking devices are separately arranged from the elevator control device and are electrically separated from the other circuit sections of the elevator control device. The elevator control device comprises two or more potential separation signal transmitting elements(34,36,38,40,52,54) and a voltage supply circuit(56). The potential separation signal transmitting elements are connected to a voltage source(62) by the voltage supply circuit. The connection of the voltage source and the voltage supply circuit are inactivated by an elevator controller(66).
