PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a floor undercover composite for a vehicle is provided to improve absorbing performance by absorbing noise with air holes by forming the air holes in the inside of a main core layer. CONSTITUTION: Polypropylene, an additive, and a glass fiber are mixed in a wet process and are manufactured as slurry. The manufactured slurry contained in a head box is transferred through a conveyor, and water included in the slurry is drained downwardly. The slurry precipitated in the conveyor passes through a heating oven so that a main core layer(11) is formed. An upper surface layer(10) and a film layer(12) are supplied to an upper part and a lower part of the main core layer and are mutually adhered b passing though a pressurizing roller in a thermosetting method.
