The tool (10) has a lighting unit (30) e.g. LED, arranged in a housing (12) for emitting an operating field light, where the light is uncouplable from a transparent element (50) to an operating field. A light ray is deflected between the lighting unit and the transparent element, where the transparent element forms an area (12a) of the housing. A reflector surface (40) is arranged outside of the transparent element so that the light is returnable into a light inflow surface of the transparent element via the reflector surface that is coated with a metal. |
