PURPOSE: A control device of a vehicle camera and a method thereof are provided to regularly maintain a vehicle camera angle when a vehicle height is changed by various factors. CONSTITUTION: A control device(100) of a vehicle camera comprises a sensor unit(135), a rotation angle output unit(120), a camera(160), and an image processing unit. The sensor unit comprises one or more height sensors to sense change of a vehicle height. The rotation angle output unit outputs a rotation angle to compensate the change of the sensed vehicle height. The camera is fixed to a vehicle to capture images. The image processing unit extracts a sample image based on the outputted rotation angle.
