<p>A tablet computer security device 10 comprising a bracket 30 for securing to a surface, a first and second retaining member 70 80 and a retaining member adjustment mechanism for adjusting the relative positions of the first and second retaining members along an axis, user control means for controlling the adjustment mechanism (preferably knob or dial 180 Fig 1) and a locking mechanism for securing the retaining members in place to prevent removal of the tablet. Preferably each retaining member has two arms 90/110, 100/120 at right angles to each other. The adjustment mechanism may comprise a gear which upon rotation spreads the two retaining mechanisms apart from each other. The security device is designed to be used as a music stand for holding a tablet displaying sheet music.</p> |
