PURPOSE: A water gauge with a built-in backflow prevention member is provided to prevent a backflow with a blocking member elastically operated by a spring. CONSTITUTION: A water gauge comprises a backflow prevention member, a fixing member(20), and a blocking member(40). The fixing member is joined to an installation groove formed in an outlet by a packing, thereby being fixed. The blocking member is joined to the fixing member by a spring(30), thereby selectively blocking an inlet. An insertion groove(22) where the spring is fitted and vortex holes(24) where tap water flows in whirls are formed in the fixing member. An expansion groove sealing the inlet by the pressure of tap water is formed in the blocking member.
