PURPOSE: A system and a method for synchronizing and controlling a hydraulic tilting actuator are provided to prevent the structural defect of a tilting car body by synchronizing and controlling first and second hydraulic tilting actuators. CONSTITUTION: A system for synchronizing and controlling a hydraulic tilting actuator comprises a first hydraulic tilting actuator(100), a second hydraulic tilting actuator(101), a first linear displacement sensor(110), a second linear displacement sensor(111), and a monitoring control unit(120). The first and second hydraulic tilting actuators are arranged in first and second bogies of the tilting car body to implement the tilting operation of the tilting car body. The first and second linear displacement sensors measure the moving stroke of the first and second hydraulic tilting actuators. The monitoring control unit synchronizes and controls the first and second hydraulic tilting actuators by comparing the moving stroke measured in the first and second linear displacement sensors.
