PURPOSE: An optical member, a light source including the same and a display unit are provided to suppress reduction of illuminance due to abnormal beam generated in an adhesion part between a lower prism sheet and an upper prism sheet. CONSTITUTION: An optical member includes a lower prism sheet(120), an upper prism sheet(130) and a diffusion layer(140). The lower prism sheet includes a first base film(122) and a first optical pattern layer(124) formed on the first base film. The upper prism sheet and a second base film(132) adhere to the first optical pattern layer and a second optical pattern layer(134) formed on the second base film. An adhesion area formed between the first optical pattern layer and the second base film is 0.5% to 15% of the area of the first base film or the second base film. The diffusion layer is prepared on the second optical pattern layer and forms a diffusion pattern at least some part of the second optical pattern layer.
