<p>PURPOSE: A lance device for oxygen and carbon source supply of an electric furnace is provided to smoothly supply arc to molten steel by stably embedding an electrode in a slag layer and to reduce unit costs for power consumption and electrodes by stabilizing arc. CONSTITUTION: A lance device for oxygen and carbon source supply of an electric furnace comprises a first lance(10) which is installed in a sidewall of an electric furnace and blows oxygen to the electric furnace and a second lance(30) which is inserted and installed at an interval from the first lance in the side wall of the electric furnace. The second lance is formed in an arc shape to be installed along a curved line of the sidewall of the electric furnace at a carbon source injection angle of 45-72°to the molten steel surface of the electric furnace.</p> |
