PURPOSE: A wave power generator is provided to maximize the efficiency of converting energy, and to reduce overloads applied to the wave power generator. CONSTITUTION: A wave power generator comprises a variable floating body, a second air path(121), a plurality of pressure control valves, a pressure sensor, a water level sensor, a wave gauge(140), and a controller(125). The pressure sensor is positioned at an air chamber. The water level sensor is placed at one of the vertical pipelines. The wave gauge is installed under the sea. The controller controls an air control valve and pressure control valve by receiving signals from the water gauge, pressure sensor and the water level sensor.
