PURPOSE: Security product identification system and method are provided to improve security performance of a security product by making counterfeit difficult by using a curved surface reflector as a security item. CONSTITUTION: A security product identification system(100) includes a light-emitting unit(12) irradiating light to a target object including a curved surface reflector, a light-receiving unit(14) including a sensor array consists of a plurality of sensors and generating detection information by detecting reflective light reflected from the curved surface reflector, a storage unit storing reference detection information with respect to a genuine security product and a data processing unit(16) identifying a target object(10) by comparing the generated detection information and the reference detection information.
