PURPOSE: A coffee bean roasting apparatus is provided to easily roast coffee beans and to miniaturize the apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A coffee bean roasting apparatus comprises: a hollow main body(12) with a heater(42) mounted at one side and a blower(40) which sends heat to the inside; a roasting member which roasts coffee beans inputted in a coffee bean inlet(38) by hot wind; a coffee bean hull outlet pipe(18) with one end portion which is connected to the rear inside of the main body, a hot wind discharge tube(14), and the other end portion; a coffee bean hull collection box(48) which is connected to the other end portion of the coffee bean hull outlet pipe; a coffee bean outlet(16) which is formed at the lower portion of the inlet; and a rotary drum(26) with a plurality of through-holes.
