PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing banana Makkoli is provided to remove sour taste of conventional Makkoli. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing banana Makkkoli comprises: a step of washing and steaming rice to prepare hard-boiled rice(11); a step of crushing the banana to prepare banana ingredient(13); a step of mixing 5-9 wt% of banana ingredient, 15-30 wt% of water, and 1-2 weight parts of nuruk in 2-9 wt% of prepared rice(15); and a step of fermenting at 24-26°C for 5-6 days. |
