PURPOSE: A tongue cutting apparatus of a rolling line is provided to prevent accidents caused by tongue left on a roller material and loss caused by excessive cutting that cuts a spot beyond the tongue. CONSTITUTION: A tongue cutting apparatus of a rolling line comprises a tongue cutter(110) which is installed in the middle of a conveyor stand in order to cut tongue formed on the end of a rolled material and a stopper(120) which stops the rolled material to cut the tongue with the tongue cutter. The stopper comprises a top frame(121) which is installed above the conveyor stand, a rolled material stopping arm(122) which is rotatable on the top frame and protrudes toward the conveyor stand, and a driving unit(123) which is installed on the top frame and rotates the rolled material stopping arm. |
