PURPOSE: A highly reflective fireproofing paint composition is provided to have excellent solar heat-reflectivity, to maintain initial physical properties of a coating film like weatherability, water repellency, staining resistance, etc for long time. CONSTITUTION: A highly reflective fireproofing paint composition comprises 10-50 weight% of silicon acyl emulsion, 10-25 weight% of near infrared-reflective ceramic pigment, 3-10 weight% of a carbonizing agent, 3-10 weight% of a foaming agent, 5-15 weight% of a catalyst, and residual additives and water. In the silicon acryl emulsion, -Si(OR)3 functional group is combined to the end of an acryl polymer, the glass transition temperature is (-30) -40°C, and the coating film formation temperature is 0-35°C. The near infrared-reflective ceramic pigment comprises one or more metal compounds selected from 'CuCr, FeCr, NiMn, CoAl, CoCrAl, CoCr, CoTi, CrSbTi, NiSbTi, and NiNbTi. |
