PURPOSE: A lighting device control system and a controlling method thereof are provided to implement an emotional lighting system by automatically converting a lighting environment according to the body condition of a person in a room. CONSTITUTION: A temperature sensing part(110) senses the body temperature of the person in a room. The temperature sensing part uses at least one temperature sensor. A control signal generating part(120) generates the control signal of at least one lamp. The generation of the control signal is based on sensed body temperature. A lighting device control part(130) controls more than one lighting device according to control signals.
