PURPOSE: An aluminum alloy with improved high-temperature strength is provided to improve intensity and elongation by adding Cu and minimizing amount of Si comparing with an aluminum alloy material. CONSTITUTION: An aluminum alloy with improved high-temperature strength contains aluminum as the main component, 2-3 wt% of Si, 4-6 wt% of cu, 0.35-0.45 wt% of Mg, less than 0.2 wt% of Fe, 0.4-0.6 wt% of Mn, less than 0.1 wt% of Zn, less than 0.05 wt% of Ni, 0.1-0.15 wt% of Sn, less than 0.05 wt% of Cr, less than 0.05 wt% of Pb, 0.2-0.4 wt% of Ti, 0.01-0.03 wt% of Zr, and impurities. |
