PURPOSE: An environment-friendly self-lubricating alloy with excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance and a sliding member for a machine are provided to densify and refine matrix tissue by adding Se and to improve self-lubricating property. CONSTITUTION: An environment-friendly self-lubricating alloy with excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance is comprised of 0.1-5.0 wt% of Si, 0.5-1.5 wt% of Mn, 55-70% wt% of Ni, 3-10% of Cr, 3-8 wt% of Mo, 1-6 wt% of Bi, 1-5 wt% of Sn, 0.5-3.0 wt% of Se, remaining of Fe, 0.03-0.1 wt% of C, and unavoidable impurities. The environment-friendly self-lubricating alloy includes one or more kinds selected among 0.5-3.0 wt% of Co and 0.5-2.0 wt% of W. The alloy includes fine dendritic structure and Austenite structure. The average interval of kinds is 10Mm or less in the dendritic structure. |
