PURPOSE: A cooking utensil is provided to continuously use without stopping operation of the cooking utensil even if a water trough is blocked due to lime component contained in the water. CONSTITUTION: A cooking utensil comprises a heating plate(100), a cover plate(200), a rotary water trough, a water storage tank, a pump, and a controller. The rotary water trough is consecutively formed to a lower surface of the cover plate. An inlet is formed to one end of the rotary water trough and an outlet is formed to the other end. The water storage tank is connected to the inlet of the cover plate through a connection hose. The pump periodically supplies water to one end of the rotary water trough in a constant amount through the inlet. The controller controls operation of the pump. |
