PURPOSE: A coffee extractor of siphon method is provided to dilute water and coffee powder with a correct ratio by distributing the coffee powder to entire a filter during a coffee extraction process. CONSTITUTION: A coffee extractor of siphon method comprises a reservoir port(110) and an extraction port(120). The reservoir port is installed on the upper part of a heating member(10) and comprises a main inlet(115) and a steam exhaust path(117). The extraction port is connected to the upper part of the reservoir port and includes a connection tube in a lower part. A connection pipe is formed to an upper part of the connection tube. A reaction tube(129) is equipped on upper part of the connection pipe. |
