PURPOSE: A touch device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase touch detection accuracy and facilitate the floating of the touch device by changing the formation order of a shade layer and a sensing electrode layer and punching a conductive layer through the shade layer. CONSTITUTION: A sensing electrode layer(104) is extended from a sensing area to a surrounding area and a first shade layer(106) is placed on the surrounding area and overlays the sensing electrode layer. The first shade layer includes a through hole(116) exposing a part of the sensing electrode layer placed on the surrounding area. A signal transmission line layer(110B) does not cover the through hole and is placed on the first shade layer. The through hole is filled with a conductive layer(112) until conductive materials overflow. The conductive layer is connected with the sensing electrode layer and the signal transmission layer and overflows on a surface of the first shade layer. |
