摘要

PURPOSE: A correction input circuit of an A/D converter is provided to improve detection accuracy of A/D converter input by immediate processing of A/D converter input with respect to a reference voltage source after A/D converter input. CONSTITUTION: A correction input circuit of an A/D converter includes a storage unit(200) performing A/D conversion with variation of input voltage applied through an input interface and a reference voltage and a control unit(300) generating an error value by comparing the input voltage and the result, compensating the converting error and outputting the compensated result through the output interface by performing processing reflecting the correction value corresponding to the error value to the result.
