A TILTING PAD OF THE BEARING

PURPOSE: A replaceable tilting pad of a bearing is provided to simply replace the pad when the replacement of the tilting pad caused by the abrasion and damage of the tilting pad is necessary. CONSTITUTION: A replaceable tilting pad of a bearing comprises a fixing pad(110), a first substitute pad(120), a first attaching member, a first insertion groove, and a first tilting member(150). The fixing pad is arranged inside a casing and separately from the inner circumference of the casing. The first substitute pad is arranged in the other side of the fixing pad, thereby being detachably attached to the fixing pad. The inner circumference of the first substitute pad is in contact with a rotary shaft. The first attaching member attaches the first substitute pad to the fixing pad. Both ends of the fixing pad are respectively inserted into the first insertion groove, thereby fixing the fixing pad to the inside of the casing. The first tilting member elastically supports the fixing pad to be stably tilted.
