PURPOSE: A grain kneader is provided to more precisely and effectively remove a dead zone for kneading with an external impeller. CONSTITUTION: A grain kneader includes an internal impeller, an external impeller(2), an internal hole-shaft(31), an external hole-shaft, a pair of a first impeller support(3) and a second impeller support(3a), an internal actuating unit(4), and an external actuating unit(5). The internal impeller comprises a first stirring unit and a second stirring unit. The external impeller is axially installed outside the internal impeller, and has a rotational radius adjacent to the internal wall of a kneading container. The internal hole-shaft penetrates both sides of the kneading container, and the internal impeller is coupled to the front end of the internal hole-shaft. The external hole-shaft is coupled to the front end of the external impeller. The external hole-shaft is rotatably supported by the impeller supports respectively comprising hole-shaft housings(33). The internal actuating unit actuates the internal hole-shaft, and the external actuating unit actuates the external hole-shaft. |
