PURPOSE: A compound for an organic electronic element and an electronic device thereof are provided to lower driving voltage of the organic electronic element and to largely improve light emitting efficiency, lifetime, and color purity. CONSTITUTION: A compound is denoted by chemical formula 1. An organic electronic element comprises a first electrode, one or more organic layers containing the compound, and a second electrode. The organic layer includes a light emitting layer and/or a hole transport layer. One or more layers among the light emitting layer and the hole transport layer are formed of the compound. An electronic device comprises a display device containing the organic electronic element, and a control unit which drives the display device.
