The present invention relates to a method for detecting a novel target mRNA of a specific microRNA, and more specifically, to a novel method for selectively inhibiting protein synthesis (translation) of a target mRNA of a microRNA on a library system, and for isolating and identifying the target mRNA. The correlation between the microRNA and the target mRNA can be confirmed quickly in bulk through the process thereof. Therefore, the present invention enables quicker and more convenient bulk detection of novel target mRNAs of microRNA by directly utilizing the in vitro library system. |
