PURPOSE: A cyber key generation method and a system utilizing the same are provided to eliminate the need to carry keys to relieve stress and inconvenience of managing keys. CONSTITUTION: A locking device management system includes a terminal device(101), a locking device(103), and a lock(105). The terminal device generates image data to be used as a cyberkey and transmits the generated image data to the locking device. The locking device receives the generated image data from the terminal device, and stores the image data as the cyber key applied to the locking device or determines whether the image data is the image corresponding to the cyber key according to the mode of the locking device. The locking device transmits a signal for converting the state of the lock into the unlock state to the lock.
