PURPOSE: A variable pitch disk device for transferring a battery is provided to prevent the fracturing of a product, and to improve work efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A variable pitch disk device(100) for transferring a battery comprises: an inlet disk(110) which receives a plurality of batteries from pockets(111), and supplies the same to the forward direction; an outlet disk(120) which rotates more slowly than the inlet disk, receives the batteries from the pockets, and supplies the same to the forward direction; a variable pitch part(130) which rotates by power from a power transfer part, and guides the batteries by matching the rotation rate of the inlet disk and the outlet disk through sliding a variable pocket; and the power transfer part transferring power which rotates the variable pitch part.
