PURPOSE: A mooring device of an offshore structure is provided to replace and assist an expensive dynamic positioning system. CONSTITUTION: A mooring device of an offshore structure comprises a body part(300) and a connection member(400). The body part is a ring shape to surround the offshore structure and distribute ocean waves on the sea. The connection member connects the offshore structure and the body part. The connection member comprises a first fixed part, a second fixed part, and a connection bar. The first fixed part is arranged in the side of the offshore structure. The second fixed part is arranged in the body part. The connection bar connects the first and second fixed parts.
