PURPOSE: A method for preparing biphenyltetrazole compounds is provided to treat hypertension with high purity and high yield. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing biphenyltetrazole compounds of chemical formula 2 is prepared by mixing a compound of mixing aluminum chloride(AlCl_3) and organic acid to a compound of chemical formula 1 under the presence of an organic solvent and protecting trityl groups at -20°C to 40°C for five minutes to one hour. The organic acid is acetic acid or formic acid. The solvent is ester solvent containing ethyl acetate, halogen solvents containing methylene chloride and chloroform, and ether solvent containing tetrahydrofurane. |
