PURPOSE: An optical member, a light source including the same and a display unit are provided to increase assembly productivity and to suppress damage by an external force with an excellent elastic resilient force. CONSTITUTION: A prism sheet includes a base film(121), an optical pattern layer(123) and an upper film(125). The optical pattern layer is formed on the base film and has an adhesive property. The upper film partially adheres to the optical pattern. The optical pattern layer is formed by mixing a main ingredient providing an adhesive force and an elastic ingredient providing elasticity.
