PURPOSE: A zigzag fiber filtering apparatus is provided to be able to be implemented without a picture frame type grid frame and to compress and release fiber residue to a zigzag form. CONSTITUTION: A zigzag fiber filtering apparatus comprises a cylindrical chamber(100); an upper plate(110) for fixing residue; a lower plate(120) for fixing residue; fiber residue(130); multiple support rods(150); support rod fixing members(160); multiple pressing bars(170); and a fiber residue air-gap controller. The fiber residue is fixed to the upper and lower plates for fixing residue. The multiple support rods are aligned to the horizontal direction in the outside of the fiber residue, and is perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the fiber residue. The multiple support rods have a ring shape surrounding the fiber residue, and is aligned along the longitudinal direction of the fiber residue. The multiple pressing bars are installed inside of the fiber residue, and aligned to cross the support rods to the up and down direction. The pressing bar has an arc shape. Multiple pressing bars with an arc shape are combined to each support rod to form a ring shape. The multiple pressing bars forming a ring shape on each support rod are aligned to overlap with the adjacent pressing bar on the plane figure on the edge. The pressing bar is pushed to the support rod or taken out with the fiber residue air-gap controller to compress or release the fiber residue to a zigzag form, which forms filtration air-gap and back washing air-gap. Raw water introduced to a raw water inlet(101) of a chamber is filtered by passing the fiber residue and discharged to a treated water outlet(102). |
