PURPOSE: A highly conductive silicone composition is provided to form a cured material to produce a silicon rubber, and to have excellent spreadability, shape maintenance, preservation stability. CONSTITUTION: A highly conductive silicone composition comprises organopolysiloxane which is represented by chemical formula 1: R_aR_`bSiO_(4-a-b)/2, and contains an alkenyl group coupled to at least two silicon atoms; organohydrogenpolysiloxane which contains hydrogen atoms coupled to at least two silicon atoms in every molecule; silver powder or silver-plated micropowder particles; conductive microparticles; an additional reaction catalyst; and fatty acid or a fatty acid derivative and/or metal salt thereof.
