PURPOSE: A fixing clip for shield can of a printed circuit board is provided to prevent a limit on the movement of each elastic piece by using an incision groove of each elastic piece. CONSTITUTION: A base(40) is connected with a printed circuit board through soldering. First and second elastic support portions(51,52) of each elastic piece(50) elastically support a side wall of a shield can. A connection portion(53) of the elastic piece is placed between the first and the second elastic support portions and an incision groove(60) prevents a solder on both sides of the base from limiting the movement of the first and the second elastic support portions. A protrusion member(70) of the connection portion spreads stress concentrated on the first and the second elastic support portions.
