<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a satellite communication facility that can perform satellite communication even if a building in which the satellite communication facility is installed is flooded at the time of disaster and an indoor device is flooded and has failed. <P>SOLUTION: A satellite communication facility 1 comprises: an antenna device 2; an outdoor device 3 connected to the antenna device 2; an indoor device 4; a standby indoor device 7; and a switching device 6. The antenna device 2, outdoor device 3, and switching device 6 are installed on the roof of a building, and the indoor device 3 is installed in doors of the building. The switching device 6 connects the indoor device 4 to the outdoor device 3 at the time of normal operation, and connects the standby indoor device 7 to the outdoor device 3 at the time other than normal operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
