<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the structure of a grounding wire take-out part in a reinforced concrete structure arranged so that the take-out part of the grounding wire can be taken out easily when the reinforced concrete structure is used as a ground pole without projecting outward from the surface of the building, external damage is prevented during movement or backfill of the structure, and corrosion due to sea water, and the like, can be prevented reliably, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor. <P>SOLUTION: A compartment 8 opening to the surface of a structure is provided in a grounding wire take-out part 6 of a reinforced concrete structure 1.
