<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form efficient, high-quality iPS cell aggregates in the culture and induction differentiation of iPS cells. <P>SOLUTION: A culture vessel for an iPS cell, which has at least two wells, is characterized in that each of the wells has a bottom having an almost U-shaped cross-section when observed in a vertical direction and also has an almost circular opening, at least a curved surface part of the bottom has a poor cell-adhering property, the curvature radius (R') of the bottom is 1.0 to 2.6 mm inclusive, the curved surface that has a low cell-adhering property is formed by a treatment for imparting a poor cell-adhering property or a treatment for imparting a non-cell-adhering property using a water-soluble resin. The use of the culture vessel for an iPS cell enables easy and uniform formation of an embryoid body of an iPS cell, and the culture vessel can also be used for an assay using the embryoid body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
