<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable screen printing machine or screen printing method, configured to use a substrate warpage correction means to correct warpage of a printed circuit board as well detecting supply of stacked printed circuit boards. <P>SOLUTION: The screen printing machine is configured to mount printed circuit boards on a substrate supporting unit, to lower a warpage corrector and depressing the printed circuit boards from above to correct warpage of the printed circuit boards, and to print the printing patterns of the screen on the printed circuit boards. In the screen printing machine or a screen printing method, the distance from a fixed portion which does not move together with the warpage corrector to the printed circuit boards is directly or indirectly detected, and it is determined that a plurality of the printed circuit boards have been supplied to the substrate supporting unit on the basis of a result of the detection. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
