<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet stocker in which when a plurality of thin sheet-like materials are held in vertically layered states, they are held so that the adjacent thin sheet-like materials may not be stuck fast to each other and a free zone, in which the thin sheet-like material does not exist, is not created between the adjacent thin sheet-like materials. <P>SOLUTION: The thin sheet-like material housed from the upper surface side of a lamination part 11 is moved to the lower surface side of the lamination part 11 by rotating a spiral plate 21 around a spiral shaft 22 to the first direction. When the free zone, in which the plurality of the thin sheet-like materials are housed, is created between the uppermost one of the thin sheet-like materials housed in the lamination part 11 and the upper surface of the lamination part 11, the spiral plate 21 is rotated around the spiral shaft 22 to the second direction opposite to the first direction at the prescribed timing to the extent that the free zone between the uppermost thin sheet-like material and the upper surface of the lamination part 11 becomes so thinner as to house only one thin sheet-like material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
