<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently utilize an oil-containing waste liquid without deteriorating fuel consumption rate for cement clinker burning and electric power consumption rate of a preheater exhaust windmill even when used in a cement factory. <P>SOLUTION: Oil O contained in an oil-containing waste liquid R is extracted into a solvent 12b by membrane treatment, the oil extracted into the solvent is concentrated using waste heat in a cement manufacturing process, and the concentrated oil is used as fuel. Since oil contained in the oil-containing waste liquid is recovered and used as fuel, the deterioration or the like of the process cost of fuel does not occur. Since the oil is extracted into the solvent by the membrane treatment, even when the oil-containing waste liquid is in an emulsified state, the oil can be efficiently recovered, and since waste heat in a cement manufacturing process is used, the oil can be recovered at a low cost. The concentrated oil can be used as fuel in a cement calcination process, and a waste liquid W after the oil extraction from the oil-containing waste liquid is purified and then can be used as industrial water in a place other than a main heat zone in the calcination process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
