<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a hard-cover binding book, of small pages and for a small number of copies, easily at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: The hard-cover binding book includes: a body (1); end papers (2,3) stuck to the first page side and last page side of the body, respectively; and a cover (4) including a front cover (4a) and a back cover (4b) stuck to the end papers while packing the body and the end papers. The body is formed of an accumulated body obtained by accumulating printed sheets (1a) in a flat state, and the vertical surface functioning as the spine of the body is fixed with a hot-melt adhesive layer (5) as an under layer, and a concave curved surface is formed in the thumb edge (1c) of the body, and a spine fixing part (16) is formed on the hot-melt adhesive layer on the spine of the body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
