<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent trouble when applying a chemical solution to a crepe paper. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing a crepe paper applied with a chemical solution is a method for producing the crepe paper applied with the chemical solution by a flexographic printing method.
