<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underpants type disposable diaper allowing adjustment of a leg peripheral dimension. <P>SOLUTION: This underpants type disposable diaper includes inner/outer junction parts 71, 72 respectively joining an overlap portion between an interior body 200 and a belly side exterior sheet 12F and an overlap portion between the interior body 200 and a back side exterior sheet 12B.
