PURPOSE: A digital medical image system and a digital medical image apparatus are provided to easily recognize a control signal regardless of a controller manufacturer by using an image of a controller display. CONSTITUTION: An X-ray detector(230) generates an X-ray image by receiving an X-ray radiated from a generator(210). One side of a controller(220) to control the operation of the generator is photographed by a camera(242). The camera transmits photographed image information to a monitoring device(240). The controller includes a display unit to display X-ray radiation information. The monitoring device provides a control signal of the controller to an X-ray detector.
