<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content management device, when a scope of right relating to a use of original content is changed, capable of promptly reflecting the change in the scope of right to the scope of right relating to the use of a secondary use or later use content created by using the original content, and to provide a computer program and a method for presenting information. <P>SOLUTION: The content management device acquires right information of content specified by a user who is a creator of the content, from right information database.
