<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a burden of a user when using a service on a network and improve convenience without depending on a terminal device being used. <P>SOLUTION: A user terminal comprises a user agent part which generates request information requesting a service server to provide a service and a communication part which encapsulates the request information by adding header information including a relay server as a destination, and transmits the information to the relay server. The relay server comprises: a content communication part which receives the encapsulated request information from the user terminal, transmits the request information included in the encapsulated request information to the service server, receives content information showing a service result corresponding to the request information from the service server, and transmits the received content information to the user terminal as a response to the encapsulated request information; and an additional service provision part which provides an additional service when a user uses the service server through the user terminal on the basis of the request information or the content information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
