<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter device that allows suppressing an adverse effect due to interference of a voltage between a plurality of inverters by a space-saving device. <P>SOLUTION: An inverter device includes a first inverter connected to PN bus lines, a second inverter connected to the PN bus lines, and a clamp circuit connected between the first inverter and the second inverter in the PN bus lines. The clamp circuit includes a Zener diode and a switching element. A cathode of the Zener diode is connected to the P bus line of the PN bus lines and an anode is connected to the N bus line of the PN bus lines.
