<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stop line detection system, a stop line detection device, a stop line detection method and a computer program, enabling an appropriate detection of a stop line formed on a road surface. <P>SOLUTION: In a stop line detection system, when a feature serving as a candidate of a stop line (stop line candidate) is detected using a high accuracy location system in which a stop line is set as a recognition object, if it is determined that the stop line candidate is configured with a plurality of line segments having a form smaller than a prescribed length with respect to a road width direction, that each distance from a vehicle to the plurality of line segments is equidistance, and that a length between outside end points of respective two line segments positioned at both end points with respect to the road width direction in the plurality of line segments is a prescribed length or longer, the stop line candidate is detected as a stop line. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
