<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of imaging respective wells of a sample plate where the plurality of wells are formed, with high measurement accuracy and at a high speed. <P>SOLUTION: By making light incident from an upper part of a microplate M and receiving transmission light by imaging means 13 (a line sensor 131 and an image forming optical system 132) which scans and moves along a lower surface of the microplate M, an image of a well M provided on the microplate M is captured. An imaging range by the line sensor 131 is at least larger than a diameter of one well W, and the plurality of wells are included in the imaging range effectively. By turning the depth of field of the optical system 132 to be 600 μm or less, the influence on images by projection of a sidewall surface of the well is reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
