<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support a user in understanding contents of an e-mail. <P>SOLUTION: An e-mail 110 is to solicit opinions of persons concerned regarding a target setting. An e-mail 120 shows a response from "Mr.B" regarding the e-mail 110. Since the destinations of the e-mail 120 did not include the address of "Mr.D," "Mr.D" has not read the e-mail 120. An e-mail 130 has sentences 132 describing a target determined as a result of a discussion and a quotation 133 describing contents of the discussion in the first half and the second half, respectively, of its text 131. Since "Mr.D" has not read the e-mail 120, it is difficult for him to understand what discussion was actually made to bring the result, when starting reading the e-mail 130 from the beginning of the text 131 of the e-mail 130 and finding "the result of the discussion."
